Today I’ve decided to start a new little series of posts and just stop them when I run out of things to post. It’s called:
On Monday, I’m going to try to post a little image or video that gives me motivation to stay on this journey and hopefully it will help all of you. Today I found the following quote that I think is perfect for the beginning of my journey. It is so correct. To see changes down the road, we have to start making them today. NO MORE WAITING… just DOING. Whether it be exercise, eating right, or just starting some healthy habit (or giving up a bad habit) try and start one this week. Mine will be to get all my fluids in per day (64oz a day). You can track my fluid (and food) intake on my myFitnessPal food diary.
I also wanted to give you a little update. I actually did 2 videos because I forgot some stuff I wanted to talk about in the first video. 🙂
