Back on Track!

Hi everyone! 🙂 Hope you had a fabulous Memorial Day!

I just got back into the swing of things last week with eating right (getting in my 60+g of protein a day, drinking 64+ oz of fluids a day) and exercising. This is the middle of week 2 and I’m doing pretty good so far! I’m going to weigh-in on the 1st and 15th of the month “officially” and post it here… though, you know me, I’ll be weighing in a lot more than that because I just can’t help myself. With all that jazz being said, I’ve started tracking my food again with MyFitnessPal. My goal is to track Monday-Friday every week and I can slack a little on the weekends if I don’t feel like logging. Hoping this method will keep me accountable most of the time. Come!
