2013 was a year for focusing on my weight loss and getting used to my new lifestyle and building up exercise-wise. But 2014 is going to be mostly about the exercise. Getting my butt in shape and learning to like running. Running isn’t really easy for me… it never has been and on top of it I have asthma. However, I know with enough dedication and practice I can overcome these things and become a running-fool! 🙂 So… with that said, I’ve decided to fill my calendar up with races. I know I can do the 5ks now with no problem but I want to become faster and have fewer walking breaks. Then increase my distance to do longer races (8k, 10k, 1/2 Marathon). Send some motivation my way!
